  • While Commonwise will typically arrange for care within 24-48 hours, exceptions may be made for same-day service. 

  • No, Commonwise services are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid.

  • Yes, Commonwise's services are covered by most Long Term Care Insurance providers. Additionally, unlike most agencies, Commonwise will manage the submission of all care reports to your Long Term Care Insurance provider so you can save time and ensure you are fully reimbursed.

  • To receive care, clients must require a minimum of 12 hours per week. Once that limit is met, we’re able to provide round the clock care seven days a week, or anywhere in between.

  • Absolutely. Commonwise prevents the need for any additional relocation by providing care in a vast variety of living situations. 

  • Yes, Commonwise makes sure clients get where they need to go safely and efficiently. 

  • Our recruitment process is demanding and requires caregivers have both the hard and soft skills necessary to grow and thrive in this career. Each caregiver also undergoes a comprehensive background and driver’s record check. 

  • Our caregivers are well equipped to manage medication reminders.

  • Of course. While we work diligently to ensure caregivers and clients are paired for compatibility, we understand that the first try won’t always be the perfect fit.
